Once you have created your disbursement and clicked Create Disbursement you will be moved to a line item breakdown page for the disbursement. From here you can choose which line items you would like printed on the final PDF.
To NOT have items included on the PDF you uncheck the boxes you do not want printed on the final PDF.
The example below would be one check to the title company and the Broker would disburse funds to the agents.
You will see all boxes except the Total Due to Brokerage and the Notes have been unchecked.
Below is what the final PDF will look like with the total due to brokerage and the notes on the disbursement.
If you want only the net amounts to each party on the final PDF, you would uncheck the boxes that do not pertain and leave the net amounts due to each party and the notes checked.

If you would like to have a referral fee printed out on the final PDF you can choose that line item to print as well. For example if you want the title company to print a check for a referral fee you can include that on your final PDF.
