To set up your agent commission workflows follow the steps below for which workflow you would like to use.
Send Agent Commission via checks- Select this box
This will give you the option to print checks from Quickbooks
Click use this template
Verify you are logged into the correct Quickbooks account
You will the go to the configuration page
Sync all item on first run please bypass this option
Then you will select the checking account you will have the agents commission paid out of
Quickbooks default will default the date in Quickbooks to the day you are syncing the information
Close date in Brokersumo will create the bill date off the close date in Brokersumo in the transaction
Then choose your expense account- this is the account that the agents commission will be tracked in
then click Apply
And click Apply again
Then click Run and your workflow is now activated
To sync to Quickbooks, after the transaction is closed you click on the sync to Quickbooks button. Then all your disbursement information is synced to your Quickbooks.

You can search your recently synced items by clicking on the search icon.
You will see your commission breakdown from the disbursement. The example below has two agents being paid on the transaction.

You have the agent record you selected and any deductions taken on their payment and the net amount at the bottom.
